We had an incredible experience purchasing our new RAV4 and selling our old Corolla through Chatswood Toyota. A special mention to Ted, who was amazing from the very first time we came in to look. He was never pushy in any way, just kind, genuine and incredibly helpful. We had visited almost every other brand of dealership, and Ted’s customer service was honestly on another level. We came back once more details had been released about the new RAV4 to go over pricing, and a big reason we decided to purchase through Chatswood Toyota was because of how great Ted had been throughout the process. The communication after purchasing was also excellent. We placed our order in February with delivery expected around the end of July, but ended up receiving the car in early June, which was such a great surprise.
